Earlier this summer, we recruited Rita and Richard to be our agent to sell my 83-year-old mother’s condominium in Canoga Park. We considered a number of candidates for the job. However, it became clear to both my mother and I after meeting and talking with Rita that she would be the best agent for the job. Rita immediately conveyed a high level of "can do" energy, expertise in the local market, and a very engaging and welcoming interpersonal style that won us over right away. And in fact, our experience from the start to the end could not have gone any better than it did.
Rita and Richard jumped in with two feet immediately to help us prepare the unit for sale. Some upgrading of the kitchen and bathroom was recommended, and Richard’s prior extensive experience as a licensed contractor facilitated his referral to an excellent and reasonably priced local contractor who did this needed work nicely and on short notice
Rita performed a market analysis for our unit that was right on target. Richard prepared an inviting photo presentation of the unit for the listing, which brought us two competitive offers within the first week of the listing. We were in contract by the second week. Rita skillfully negotiated various important provisions in our favor. Our deal was arranged with a quick escrow of just 30-45 days.
All along, Rita was in constant touch keeping us apprised of the progress and of any sticking points that needed to be dealt with. Rita spent quite a bit of her own time meeting inspectors and contractors to assist my mother in completing these necessary tasks prior to and during the sale transaction. Since I live out of town, Rita’s hands-on ability and willingness to take care of such tasks was a Godsend. In addition, Rita was skillful in her interactions with my mother, who was largely unfamiliar with much of the specifics of conducting such a real estate transaction, and therefore apprehensive and uncomfortable with the process.
We are very fortunate that we found Rita and Richard to represent us in the sale of my mother’s condo. I know that they helped us get the best price we could get at a very challenging time of the real estate market. By virtue of their experience, expertise and knowledge of the local market, and interpersonal savvy, Rita and Richard also made the whole transaction go as smoothly as I could have hoped.
I am very happy to recommend Rita and Richard to anyone looking for a real estate agent for the San Fernando Valley. You would be fortunate to have them on your team!

This letter is written in appreciation of Rita Erangey, Associate Manager, and to thank her for her assistance in resolving the problems with a termite situation on the purchase of a property in Northridge, where were M.M. and I represented the buyer.
We called upon Rita to assist us in dealing with the listing agent and his seller. Rita immediately delved into the details of the termite problems, understood the situation, and agreet to assist us in closing the transaction.
